During the week, 8am to 5pm CST, rates for remote work is $150 USD per hour with a one half hour minimum ($75). We only charge when we are finished with your remote support and are successful. Most calls can be completed within 30 miniutes.

OUR REMOTE LAPTOP PROGRAM
Depending on your service need, we can send out a specially configured laptop than can communicate with your Nortel system. You keep the laptop for a couple weeks so we can go over your system in greater detail, cleaning up any programming that may have been done over the years. We then make a software and paper backup of your system configuration which will help in a system restore if the system ever fails. It will also provide a baseline for setting up a replacement system. But most important, provide peace of mind knowing that you have a plan in place for any eventuality, thus minimizing any potential costly downtime.
This works wherever you are located, as long as there is Internet access. A connection diagram is provided for easy setup. No need for an on-site technician, travel charges, or minimum onsite service hours. In this manner our best Nortel techs can work on your system.
