We do not charge for quoting a replacement system (in a couple of different ways) for your Nortel, its good to have a plan in place. We can also pre-survey your system so we know the names of extensions and other settings, thus speeding up the process if we ever get the call from you that your phones have gone dark.

We have a do-it-yourself plan for changing your Nortel phone system into a modern VoIP phone system with full caller ID, color screen, auto attendant, and many more features than your current system. And best of all we have made it plug and play! You simply unplug a large cable from the Nortel, plug it into our adapter cable, and then the other ends plug into the new PBX (main controller). The phones are installed inline with your current PC's. There are options for phone locations where there are no network jacks.  


All we need is the number of phones and lines and you can get a quote. This system runs on Asterisk and Linux, so there are NO LICENCE OR MONTHLY FEES! And the cost are VERY reasonable. PAY FOR BASIC REMOTE SUPPORT

Whether you're a telecom administrator, a business owner who needs some extra support, or a telecom company who needs additional support for your customers, we can help! Our skilled technicians are on-call to assist and remotely program the systems listed below. From a password reset to adding additional functionality to your system, we have the knowledge to take care of the issue.

How do we do it?  We call you on your cell phone and walk you through button presses on your Nortel phone. We have all versions of Nortel systems in our lab so we can guide you along the programming path by mirroring what we see on the systems in our lab.  

During the week, 8am to 5pm CST, rates for remote work is $150 USD per hour with a one half hour minimum ($75). We only charge when we are finished with your remote support and are successful. Most calls can be completed within 30 miniutes.

OUR REMOTE LAPTOP PROGRAM

Depending on your service need, we can send out a specially configured laptop than can communicate with your Nortel system.  You keep the laptop for a couple weeks so we can go over your system in greater detail, cleaning up any programming that may have been done over the years.  We then make a software and paper backup of your system configuration which will help in a system restore if the system ever fails.  It will also provide a baseline for setting up a replacement system.  But most important, provide peace of mind knowing that you have a plan in place for any eventuality, thus minimizing any potential costly downtime. 

This works wherever you are located, as long as there is an Internet connection.  a connection diagram is provided for easy setup.  No need for an on-site technician, travel charges, or minimum onsite service hours. In this manner our best Nortel techs can work on your system.
