IP Office Techs provides on-site service of Nortel and Norstar phone systems in Wisconsin. Our offices are in Milwaukee.
Please note that we are not Nortel and have no obligation to give free advice on system use, issues, or programming. Nortel has been out of business for approximately eight years.
We are a for-profit company and any consultation of a technical or operational nature is considered a chargeable fee, with a minimum charge of $150 for up to 60 minutes plus a trip charge. After the first hour we charge per quarter hour. A trip charge is also assessed as low as $70 per trip in the Milwaukee metro area. We will quote a trip charge for other locations in Wisconsin.
IP Office Techs can provide full onsite support for Wisconsin. We cannot offer support in states other than Wisconsin. New replacement parts for non functional main panels or voicemail elements of the systems are no longer available – we have a limited supply of replacement parts and can usually get your system in working order.

Now may be the time to consider a new phone system. We can implement a cost effective VoIP system using your cell phone, laptop, or desktop with speakers and microphone to handle calls within a day. As time permits consider adding phones and blend in features you are used to in your current Nortel System. All for as little as $77 per month for the first 3 extensions. There is no setup fee other than phones unless you use your cell phone or other device. Our baseline recommended phones are $123.00 each. Click on the title of this section for more information.
Internet phone lines bypass the phone wires coming into your business, so in the event of a line issue or power outage, your phone service is maintained in the cloud. In the event of an outage, our failover system takes over, transferring calls to cell phones, auto attendant or voicemails attached to your email address. Minimum charges are $24.00 per line, minimum 3 lines with a setup fee of $199.00 for our modem. This service is only available in Wisconsin, but there can be exceptions. Call for details.
